Odd Shop is a small, independently operated software business. This policy covers the apps and tools we build.
What we collect
When you connect a Shopify or Etsy store to one of our apps, we access product and listing data — titles, SKUs, prices, and quantities — through that platform's API, solely to power the app's functionality. We do not request access to customer personal information, payment details, or order history unless a specific app's description says otherwise.
How we use it
Data is used only to provide the functionality you signed up for — for example, comparing listings across platforms to detect discrepancies. We do not use your store data for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your store data with third parties.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your connection to an app is active. If you uninstall an app or disconnect a store, associated data is deleted within 30 days. You can request earlier deletion or an export of your data at any time by contacting us.
